M11 Labs builds frontier use cases for AI in commerce, and powers an agentic trust platform. We test new ideas in public, and when something proves useful we turn it into product.
AI is going to make more buying decisions, directly or indirectly. We think those decisions should rest on what can be proved, not on who spends the most. M11 exists so the good products are seen, believed, and chosen.

About us.
The founders have built and scaled commerce AI at Amazon and Meta, taken a company through a NASDAQ IPO as CTO and CPO, founded and exited before, published at NeurIPS on the limits of LLM training, and worked at IBM Research and Cohere Labs. One advises the UK government on AI policy; the other ships the agent swarms, the referee and the evidence pipeline behind M11. Around them is a team across London and San Francisco working on growth, AI and infrastructure, with backgrounds at Alibaba, Vodafone and across the Shopify ecosystem.
